Technical details about the construction itself and the selected materials:

Walls and ceilings:

  • The building is designed as an AB construction. The load-bearing walls will be AB, 20 cm thick, the rest of the interior walls will be brick or plasterboard. The walls in the toilets will be made of natural stone.

Facade:

  • A ventilated facade with cladding made of sheet metal or fiber cement or concrete slabs. The facade will be thermally insulated with 20 cm of thermal insulation suitable for this type.

Roof:

  • The attic construction of the residential building is made as a classic gable roof in a combination of wooden and metal base construction, thermally insulated, with an aluminum covering (PREFA system). The roof is a gable with a slope of 350, it is diagonally broken on the front and rear facades.

Windows, doors and flooring:

  • All windows are made of aluminum on the outside and wood on the inside, thermopane glass. The entire window will be heat-insulating, the U of the entire window may not exceed 0.8 W/m2K, the U of the glass may not exceed 0.7 W/m2K. The windows have blinds mounted on the outside.
  • On the outside, there are aluminum window blinds of the Krpan type, the slats are mi thick. 0.6 mm and 80 mm wide, such as Shades Bled or Roltek, complete with opening regulation mechanism, side drowned guides and upper mask.
  • The external doors will be made of aluminum frames with wooden filling. The entire door will be thermally insulating.
  • The interior door will be white, 230 cm high, with hidden hinges and a magnetic lock.
  • Slatted parquet, dimensions of slats 200 x 20 cm, "smoke oak" is planned.
  • Ceramics are of larger formats, sharp-edged.

Heating, cooling and ventilation:

  • Heating is provided with gas (De Dietrich type Vivadens MCR 24/28 BIC PLUS gas stove).
  • Air conditioners will already be installed on all three floors. The apartment unit will have its own central ventilation device with automatic bypass (HELIOS KWL EC 300W ET).

External regulation:

  • The terrace will be made of a combination of wood and walking boards The external arrangement includes grassing the surroundings of the buildings and planting trees and shrubs, as well as arranging the access areas. The outdoor green areas will be maximally greened. Planting of several trees, shrubs and other growth is planned on the developed terrain.
  • An external fence is provided on the east and west sides of the plots, namely a lamellar fence, perforated sheet metal with a pattern.
  • Each unit will have a storage shed approx. 3 x 2 m, which will be made of metal panels, the same as the fence.
