The landlord's conditions for entering into a tenancy agreement are as follows:  The Tenant must reimburse the Landlord a part of the brokerage fee of 1 (one) month's rent + 22% VAT at the time of conclusion of the rental contract, which is a condition for the conclusion of the rental contract.
