The apartment consists of an entrance hall and a guest toilet. From the hallway you enter the living area of the open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area with access to the balcony. A smaller hallway leads from the living room to the sleeping area where there is one larger and one smaller bedroom and a bathroom.

The heating is gas-fired, while the rooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning for cooling.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary household appliances such as an oven, refrigerator, microwave, while a dishwasher is planned to be installed. There is a washing machine in the bathroom.

Public parking is located 15 meters from the building. Pets on request.

The beach and supermarket are a 5-minute walk away and the city center is 10 minutes away.

The apartment is rented for a minimum of one year, with a mandatory signing of the contract and a deposit of two months' rent.
