There is one two-bedroom apartment on each floor, and it is possible to rent one or more.

The apartment has a separate living area with a small kitchen, a bathroom and two bedrooms (each with two beds).

The price per person is 250 euros per month, and it includes the costs of electricity, water, municipal waste disposal and internet.

Everything was completely renovated a few years ago and is fully functional.

There is outdoor parking for several cars next to the building, and a terrace with a barbecue.
