Istria, Medulin, the construction of a building with a total of three apartments, each apartment on one floor, has begun. The apartment on the second floor with a net area of 115 m2 consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dining room with a living room, a kitchen and even three terraces. Two bedrooms have their own exit to the covered terrace, and the third one is accessed from the living room. The area of the closed area of the apartment is 99.68 m2.

The apartment consists of one unit, which can actually be made into two apartments; one two-room apartment of about 80 m2 and one separate studio apartment with a separate terrace. For such needs, a situation will be prepared in advance with all connections, a place for a kitchen, sanitary facilities and the like.

All apartments in the project will be of high quality, with PVC joinery, demit facade, anthracite joinery. Each apartment will have its own two solar panels for the needs of floor heating, which will be in the entire apartment. The apartment also includes two parking spaces included in the price and a storage room on the ground floor of approximately 5m2.

Completion of construction is expected in the second half of 2023.
