In Poreč, one of the most beautiful Istrian cities on the west coast of the peninsula full of lagoons, there is this residential building with only 5 apartments.

There are two apartments on the ground floor. The apartment labeled A has an area of 91 m2 and consists of an entrance hall, kitchen, large and bright living room with access to a covered terrace and garden, two comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms.

The carpentry in the apartment is aluminum, the floor is made of high-quality Italian ceramics, and the rooms have laminate. There is underfloor heating in the bathrooms, while the apartment is heated by an inverter air conditioner.

The distance from the beach is only a few minutes by car, and from the upper floors you can see the sea.
