In the popular resort of northern Dalmatia, Vir, four residential buildings with 12 apartments are being built at a walking distance of 220 m from the beach.

Buildings labeled A, B, C and D consist of 4 apartments per building distributed over 3 floors (ground floor, first floor and second floor) with a usable roof terrace that is sold separately:

Object C - Apartment C2 on the first and second floor, 81.07 m2, South-East orientation.

Apartment C2 on the first floor consists of bedroom 1 with an area of 14 m2, bedroom 2 with an area of 11 m2, a bathroom with an area of 6.3 m2 and a loggia with an area of 4.3 m2. On the second floor, it consists of a living area of 33 m2 (kitchen, dining room and living room), a loggia of 4.32 m2 and a roof terrace of 30 m2 with a beautiful view.

All apartments will be equipped with air conditioners in the living room. The floor coverings will be made of ceramic tiles. The glasses will be triple-layered and the external insulation will be made of 10 cm stone wool.

In the construction phase, it is still possible to arrange the interior decoration.

The price of the apartment does not include a parking space and a storage room.

The price of a parking space - 8,000 euros

Storage price - 4,000 euros

Method of payment: 30% upon signing the preliminary contract / 30% upon completion of the concrete works / 30% upon completion of the facade and interior / 10% after obtaining the use permit.

The anticipated completion of rough construction works is by June 1, 2026, and occupancy by the Summer of 2027.
