Charming stone house in the old part of Trogir, on the Ciovo side, total area of approx. 180m2, located in the third row to the sea.
It consists of three floors;
Ground floor of 59 m2, in nature a one bedroom apartment consisting of an entrance hall, bedroom, kitchen with dining area and living room.
The first floor of approx. 62 m2 consists of a kitchen with dining area and an open-plan living room, overlooking the courtyard. This whole floor has underfloor water heating.
Together with the second floor of approx. 59 m2, which has two bedrooms and bathrooms, is a duplex apartment.

In the yard there is a small storage room, Dalmatian fireplace and parking for one vehicle. Here there is an additional storage of approx. 24m2 for which a permit for reconstruction has been obtained. The house was built around 1958 and was renovated in 2007 when the water and electricity installations as well as the roof were changed.
In the two-storey apartment, new ceramic tiles and parquet were installed, underfloor heating was introduced and an AC unit was installed.

The house has two driveways and is surrounded by mostly renovated stone houses in the service of tourism.
