A beautiful, fully decorated stone house on four floors, which has been successfully operating as a well-established family business (tourism) since 2011. The house is a protected cultural asset, with a recently completely restored balcony and portal on the 1st floor dating from the 17th century.
The building is located on the city waterfront and overlooks the sea.

Area 440 m2 divided into 7 rooms and 2 apartments on a total of 4 floors.

The ground floor consists of a fully furnished tavern of 30 m2, where the hosts were engaged in catering for the guests of the house, then an unfurnished office space of 35 m2 (the owner currently uses it as a garage for guests), then a newly renovated reception area of 18 m2, and a laundry room with a toilet and a shower.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, the whole house has its own video security system, and sound system on all floors. The rooms are equipped with coffee machines and kettles, refrigerators and smart TVs.

It is located near all the attractions that the city has to offer: the Cathedral of St. Jakov, the fortress of St. Mihovil and all other accompanying facilities such as cafes, museums, theaters. The city beach Banj is 500 m away and the main station in Šibenik is 600 m away.
