Hvar, detached apartment house, located in a unique location 1st row by the sea. Built in a cascade, it has a beautiful view of the sea from all floors and private access to the beach.

Located on a plot of 1050 m2 and has 250 m2 of living space. Built traditionally with Mediterranean elements, it consists of several separate apartments. Additionally, it owns a tavern and a storage room for the house.

Near the beach is an auxiliary house with a fireplace that has been converted into an apartment. The house has a mooring for a boat.

On the upper side of the house there is parking for three vehicles.

The house is located near the center of the old town of Hvar, in a quiet environment that guarantees privacy.
