Two bedrooms on the upper floor offer direct access to a beautiful terrace equipped with a comfortable seating area and deck chairs, and from which there is a view of the landscaped garden, swimming pool and surroundings.

The spacious ground floor of the villa consists of an elegant kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, a dining room that can accommodate all guests, and a comfortable living room equipped with two sofas, a Smart TV and a Hi-Fi system, a beautiful fireplace and an underfloor heating system.
