The stone house extends over 3 floors and consists of the ground floor, the first floor, and the attic. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall, a staircase leading to the first floor, a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen with an exit to the garden with a pergola and additional rooms (storage).

The first floor consists of a hallway, a bathroom, a spacious living room, a separate dining room with a kitchen, and access to a terrace with a pergola.

The attic consists of a hallway, and two spacious bedrooms together with two bathrooms.

Unique interior design, equipped with air-conditioning devices for cooling/heating, underfloor heating and fireplace, and 50 cm wide walls.

The island of Šipan is the largest and farthest island from the city of Dubrovnik in the Elaphite Islands group, and the island can be reached by ferry and passenger ship. It is located about 7.6 Nm northwest of Dubrovnik, on the island there are two larger settlements Šipanska Luka and Suđurađ, connected by a road that leads through the fertile Šipansko polje.
