Indigenous stone Dalmatian house fully furnished and renovated in 2021. surface area of 111 m2 divided into 3 floors. It is located in the small Mediterranean town of Vinjerac, only 50 m from the sea and a 30-minute drive to the city of Zadar.

The ground floor consists of a kitchen with a dining room and a living room, a bathroom, a balcony, a wooden staircase leads to the 1st and 2nd floors, where there is one bedroom each.

During the renovation, the joinery (PVC) on all openings, floors, new tiles and beams and furniture were installed. There are air conditioning units in the rooms, and the house also has a chimney.

If you are not keen on the crowds and noise of summer in Mediterranean cities, Vinjerac is an ideal place, an oasis of peace, where everything is still within reach. There are no noisy parties or summer attractions in Vinjerac itself, but you will certainly spend your days on the beach. The location is suitable both for family life and for tourist purposes.
