In the commercial-business (K) zone, existing buildings for commercial and service purposes, craft, business, office, utility-service and related storage and other buildings may be reconstructed or new buildings may be built. In addition to the above-mentioned facilities, the following may be reconstructed and built on commercial-business (K) areas:

- related storage spaces

- shops, showrooms and similar spaces and buildings

- catering and entertainment buildings

- traffic buildings and stationary traffic buildings with related facilities

- utility-service or similar buildings

- infrastructure buildings and devices

- other facilities that complement the primary purpose

In addition to the above-mentioned facilities, public green areas and areas for sports and recreation may be developed on commercial-business (K) areas. The construction of apartments and residential buildings is not possible on commercial-business (K) areas.
