Not far from the picturesque town of Vižinada in the small settlement of Brig, there is a building plot with a total area of 552 m2 with a valid building permit and paid utilities, with a project for a building with a total living area of 255.68 m2 plus a 30 m2 swimming pool.

The project is planned with a living room, four bedrooms, a gym and a swimming pool. The planned building is part of a semi-detached house and on one side it touches the building on the neighboring plot, but it is on an independent cadastral plot and has its own building permit and can be built independently of the neighboring building where the owner is the same as this mentioned plot.

The designed building meets the criteria of categorization 4, on the edge of the plot for sale there is a HEP cabinet with an electricity connection. A manhole with a water meter is next to the plot, and the sewage system runs along the asphalt street. The plot is on the edge of the construction area and has a clear view of agricultural land and the Učka and Ćićarija mountains. A communal contribution in the amount of 7,000 euros was paid and included in the final price. The owner of the plot is a legal entity and VAT is included in the price, so there is a possibility of a VAT refund.
