Island of Korčula, Čara, agricultural land 800 m from the sea, from the beautiful bay of Zavalatica.

The land consists of three parcels with a total area of 39,823 m2, which is reached by an asphalt road (road), and all the necessary infrastructure (electricity, water supply) is nearby.

Čara is one of the oldest settlements on the island of Korčula. This ancient village of winegrowers with about 700 inhabitants is located 25 km from the town of Korčula along the main island road. It was built on the southern slope of the hill, under which there is a large, fertile field with vineyards. A special type of grape - Pošip - is grown there. There is also a wine cellar and an agricultural cooperative that produces the famous wine of the same name.
