The barn has a gross area of approximately 70m2 and consists of two floors: ground floor and first floor, while the garage has a gross area of approximately 40m2 with a high roof (possibility of building a high attic).

The land is intended for residential purposes, and the construction of residential buildings – family or multi-family buildings – is allowed.
