The land is located in the southeastern part of the city, near the intersection of two main roads: the Adriatic Highway and the access road Zadar 2 - Gazenica (424), with a direct connection to the highway Zagreb - Split (E65). Gazenica Port is less than 1 km away, Zadar Airport approx. 5 km.
The land is part of the Barbaricina business area.
According to the urban plan of the Barbara business area, the plots are almost entirely located in the K - zone (commercial, industrial and storage purposes) with a maximum construction coefficient of 0.40 and max. building height 12 m.

It consists of a total of 9 plots that can be divided into two groups:
1) Plots of land that have direct access to the public road, with a total area of 10,684 m2. The plots are irregular in shape. The land can be accessed directly by vehicle (car, truck). According to the urban plan, part of the land is located in the corridor of the future road - approx. 950 m2
