On the island of Šolta, in the settlement of Gornje Selo, there is an agricultural plot with a total area of 2,653 m², featuring a carefully cultivated olive grove.

Young olive trees were planted on the plot five years ago. They have been well cared for and have excellent potential for producing homemade olive oil.

The land is of regular shape with flat, accessible terrain, allowing easy use and cultivation. It is located on the southern side of the island, where there is plenty of sunlight and favorable conditions for successful olive cultivation. An additional advantage is that the plot is directly fronting the road, which provides convenient access.

The distance from the sea is only 470 meters in direct distance.
