The designed intervention consists of the construction of a family house with the following building heights: ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor. (F+2F).

The building extends in the east-west direction, in accordance with the shape of the building plot.

The total gross area of the building is 225.10 m2. The main entrance to the residential building is located with south side of the building, while vehicular access is via the road from the east and south sides.

Next to the residential building, along the eastern facade, 2 parking spaces are planned on the outside places. The designed residential building forms one residential unit.

The building is covered with a flat roof. The flat roof on the 2nd floor is used as a walk-through terrace which is accessed through the roof house.
