The municipality of Svetvinčenat is located in the southern part of central Istria on the road that leads from Vodnjan to Pazin.
According to many indicators, Svetvinčenat can be considered a typical area of the so-called \"Red Istria\", i.e. the central Istrian plain, with a mildly dynamic relief and no prominent morphological units, but with numerous karst phenomena.

Of the agricultural crops that are cultivated, vines and olives dominate from perennial crops, as well as vegetables and arable crops, and in livestock production, sheep farming.
The area of the municipality of Svetvinčenat has a sub-Mediterranean climate.

In the immediate vicinity, more precisely in Juršići, there is this beautiful agricultural plot of 2080 m2.
The grounds are level and fenced and provide an access road from the road.
