In Kavran, which is part of the Municipality of Marčana, there is this large agricultural plot of 1601 m2.

Kavran itself is located above the bays of Budava and Vinjola, i.e. Duga Uvala. It is full of beautiful stone beaches, clear sea, a destination for boaters and those visitors who want peace.

This agricultural plot has a regular shape, it is in the immediate vicinity of the village. Electricity and water are also close to the plot because a nice detached house has been built nearby, which also has its own video surveillance, and next to the plot there is a large observation deck for hunters.

The distance from the sea is 2000 m.
