In Ližnjan, in the south of the Istrian peninsula, surrounded by beautiful natural beaches, there is this large agricultural plot NKP 1100 m2 with one of the most beautiful views of the sea, Cres, the Ližnjan bay.

On the land itself there is a smaller building of 26 m2, which is registered in the land register.

The distance from the beach is a 10-minute easy walk. In the immediate vicinity there are legalized buildings as well as several larger houses. All nearby lands are maintained and landscaped with olive groves. It takes a few minutes to drive to the center of the village.

The access road, that is, the road, is arranged and maintained.
