Attractive agricultural land with a stone house located on the eastern side of the island of Vis.

The road divides the upper and lower parts of the complex. The lower part is 9755 m2 and consists of vineyards. On the upper part of the land with an area of 13698 m2, a macadam road passes through the vineyards to a legalized stone house with an area of 24 m2 and an underground cistern with an area of 16 m2 below, registered in the land register and the cadastre, both with a use permit.

There are about 3,000 vines registered and maintained for organic production, 30 olive trees, and a free space of about 4,000 m2 suitable for planting olives or figs.

It has a fantastic view of Hvar, Korčula, and Sušac, the sandy beaches of Stončica and Smokova are in the immediate vicinity, and Milna is 2 km away from where the famous and diverse beaches on the southern part of the island begin, the town. Vis is about 4 km away.
