In Peroj, next to the beautiful sandy beach, right next to the sea, there is this large plot of land of 4400 m2 with a legalized building, i.e. with a valid decision on the construction condition of 41 m2.

In accordance with the Law on legalization, i.e. illegally constructed buildings, it is possible to expand up to 49 m2.

The land has all the necessary infrastructure, electricity and water, and the owner also installed a plastic bio tank. An access road leads to the land, which can be reached by car.

A beach bar can be set up on the plot during the summer, which generates a nice income.

The view of the Brijuni archipelago is impeccable, and the promenade itself, which during the summer is teeming with tourists in front of the plot, leads to Fažana beach itself, is beautifully paved and is used by walkers and cyclists.
