Ston, land first line to the sea with a total area of 21,490 m2 in the south with access from a public paved road and infrastructure in the immediate vicinity.

The land consists of two plots (approximate dimensions of 37 m street frontage x 580 m in length towards the top of the hill);

the first plot is mostly located within the boundaries of the construction area (3,500 m2), the undeveloped part and a smaller part outside the boundaries of the construction area marked as forests
the second plot is located outside the boundaries of the construction area, in an area designated as forests
Positioned south orientation, all day in the sun, surrounded by beautiful scenery, near the boat mooring and the town of Ston.

Thanks to its special geographical position, the short isthmus that connects the Pelješac peninsula with the mainland, and exceptional natural resources, as well as fertile fields with an abundance of water and salt, the Ston area has become a place of human habitation since ancient times.
