To access the completely underground basement, a ramp with a maximum width of 2.75 m can be constructed, and all other facades of the basement outside the ramp must be completely underground. The building must be at least 100 m away from the coastline and 20 m from the edge of the boundary with neighboring parcels, and it cannot have more than a certain total surface area of separate individual buildings.
