The facility includes a production hall, drying room, boiler room, maintenance workshop, enclosed storage area, and an administrative building. Occupancy permits have been obtained. This modern construction, in semi-finished condition, allows for setting up spaces for employees, expanding production, and extending the product range to meet the growing demand for finished products. If the new owner desires, a collapsed building on-site can also be restored for production use.

A separate silo building is connected to the production hall for storing sawdust.

For production process needs, a 325 KW supply and network usage contract has been signed with HEP.
