The basement, which has a separate entrance at the rear of the house, includes an entrance hall with a reception area, a toilet, and a kitchen, making it ideal for organizing and managing the campsite business. The first floor can be accessed via an internal staircase or through the main entrance and comprises a hallway, three bedrooms, and a bathroom. The high attic is currently not arranged for living, but all installations have been completed, allowing for easy conversion into additional living space, an apartment, or several rental units.
A garage adjoins the house and is currently used as a storage room.
