On the southern side of the island of Šolta, in coastal village Grohote, there is a carefully cultivated olive grove with a total area of 2,422 m², ideal for those looking for agricultural land in close proximity to the sea.

The plot features 34 well-maintained olive trees on the plot, that are over 50 years old, with excellent potential for producing homemade olive oil. A water supply line runs along the land, and access is provided via a nice gravel road.

The distance from the sea is only 270 meters, and the position on the southern side of the island provides plenty of sunlight and favorable conditions for olive cultivation.
