A plot of land measuring 1,352 m² is offered for sale in Valtura, surrounded by family homes and green spaces. The plot is irregularly shaped and borders an existing road along one side.

A particular advantage is the possibility of dividing the land into two separate plots. According to the proposed subdivision, Plot A would measure approximately 557 m², while Plot B would measure approximately 795 m², including an access strip along the southern boundary connecting it to the road. For plots measuring between 400 and 800 m², the maximum permitted building coverage is 30%, corresponding to approximately 167 m² for Plot A and 238 m² for Plot B based on the proposed areas.
